How To Order

We are an online horse trailer dealer company.

All orders are placed through our secure online storefront. Simply fill out our quick order form and a representative will be in contact with you. We have made it a priority to make the online process as simple and straight-forward as possible but if you have questions about placing your order, please feel free to contact us.

How to place an order:

1. Register on our website (only registered users can place an order on our website)
2. Browse our inventory and choose your item. Please choose carefully as first time customers can place only one order on our website. After your first purchase was successfully completed your account will be upgraded and you will be allowed to order without any limitation.
3. On the selected item page click Order and choose shipping and payment method.

How do I cancel or edit my order?

Once an order is placed, the content cannot be changed. We will happily cancel your order before it ships, allowing you to place a new order with the correct items. To request this cancellation or to update your shipping address please contact us immediately. Please note that orders are processed in the system very quickly, and the window to cancel or edit an order is very small.

The shipment is released upon payment confirmation.
